The mission of Delta Health Care (DHC) is to support individuals, families, and communities to reach their full health potential by providing quality and affordable health care services to under- served members of our community.
We fulfill this mission by providing reproductive health care services; education and outreach; school-based comprehensive adolescent health care; WIC nutrition supplemental programs and breastfeeding promotion and support services.
