Delta Health Care regrets to inform you that as of October 19, 2007, all BEST Program lactation services have been discontinued, including lactation consultations and breast pump loan programs, due to a lack of funding.

This closure does not affect the other Delta Health Care programs, including: Education and Outreach Programs, Family Planning Reproductive Health Clinics, School-Based Health Programs, and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program.

We realize there is limited lactation support in the community. However, several local groups and healthcare organizations do offer telephone and/or in-person consultations and breast pump loan services.
