Delta Health Care is a private, nonprofit agency whose staff believes that quality health care is a right that everyone should have.  We provide health care services and health-oriented information to the greater San Joaquin County community.

Our multicultural staff reflects our community.  Medical doctor, nurse practitioners, nurses, registered dietitions, nutritionists, lactation consultants, peer counselors, and other health care workers provide linguistically appropriate services in English, Spanish, Hmong, Lao, Khmer (Cambodian), Vietnamese, and Tagalog.

Achieving access to our services is our goal for every client. No matter what the physical or cognitive disability, each client is treated with respect, dignity, individuality, and empathy.
