Delta Health Care is a private, nonprofit agency whose staff believes that quality health care is a right that everyone should have.  We provide health care services and health-oriented information to the greater San Joaquin County community.

Our multicultural staff reflects our community.  Medical doctor, nurse practitioners, nurses, peer counselors, and other health care workers provide linguistically appropriate services in English, Spanish, Hmong, Lao, Khmer (Cambodian), Vietnamese, and Tagalog.

Achieving access to our services is our goal for every client. No matter what the physical or cognitive disability, each client is treated with respect, dignity, individuality, and empathy.

Delta Health Care is For Everyone

Anyone can come to Delta Health Care for his/her health needs. All patient information is confidential. If we cannot meet your needs through our services, we will refer you to a provider who can help you.

We accept Medi-Cal and provide services at no cost when eligibility requirements (Family PACT) are met, or at a nominal fee based on income. We welcome you even if you have no insurance.
